Retreat is an independent electronic machine knitting practice based in Berlin.  All items are crafted by a real human with the help of a hacked domestic knitting machine from the 90s.

Shipping

All garments are made to order, expect 2-3 weeks of processing and delivery time. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed.
International packages will be marked as merchandise for their full value in the EU on customs declaration forms. Some countries may charge a duty depending on the value of the package.


Returns

Exchange or store credit only -- no refunds. Contact me within 10 days of receiving your product if you wish to exchange an item. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion about your item, I will offer personal assistance to any customer. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
